At Lavish Lengths, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to become part of your hair-care routine. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

SHIPPING TIMES

After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside of Lavish Lengths’ control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available on orders of $100 or more within the United States.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you provide an incorrect address, Lavish Lengths is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered to the incorrect address.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Lavish Lengths is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

Lavish Lengths is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered.

We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection, when available, at checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To assist you as quickly as possible, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A description of the issue

Please do not throw away the damaged product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed. If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part or damage that occurred during transit, Lavish Lengths will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

RETURNS

Due to the personal nature of our hair-care products and for health and sanitation reasons, Lavish Lengths does not accept returns of opened or used products. All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Lavish Lengths ships within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.
